Return Policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS ON RECEIVING GOODS
The buyer has the right to refuse to receive goods in the following cases:
Product quality is damaged, delivered when the product has expired.
The product information received does not match the description on the website https://jersey-sports.com/ or the information does not match the advice of the store staff.
The product is not the correct size as when ordered.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING – REFUND POLICY.
The return policy at JERSEY SPORTS is only applicable when the product meets the following conditions:
The product has not been used (full product label).
Report the problem to staff immediately upon receipt of goods.
Product malfunction is with the supplier or by the carrier.
Applicable products return (All products at the store).
For pre-paid cases, the refund policy is made within 5 days after the order is shipped to JERSEY SPORTS store.
Supplier will pay shipping costs for the returned order if it is supplier or carrier fault.
We do not accept returns for orders that are not damaged or faulty that does not belong to the supplier and the carrier.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXECUTION OF RETURNS:
B1. Customers contact Hotline / Skype hotline: 0967.996.694 to provide information and specific instructions.
B2. The carrier, the shipper, will take back the product and return the supplier.
B3. Staff will check the product, then notify and refund the cost if the customer has paid for each specific case.
